Originated internal immigration policies and practices that streamlined either or both the filing and attainment of upwards of 70 green cards and 50 non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, O, TN, E-3).
Counseled and supported foreign nationals and managers throughout the duration of each case.
Co-authored job descriptions as well as qualification and requirement clauses for the recruitment and hiring of foreign nationals.
